    Thank you Kurt for sharing your struggle with the effects of food on you physically and mentally, and also sharing the success you have had with your diet and lifestyle changes, it has been a real blessing to me as I also struggle with allergies to multiple foods and various other reactions to foods, diabetes and being overweight. You have been a positive role model of a person under going changing eating habits and developing good lifestyle habits. Thanks again and good luck with your job hunting.
